Do you try TRX training?

I love the TRX. It is a different workout and takes a little time to get used to using. There are some good dvds but you need to experiment the first couple of times using it.

You will not get huge using it but you will realize you muscular imbalances and work on stabilizer muscles you never trained using regular weights and barbells. It is a great way to keep your workouts fresh. I have stopped going to the gym and now I workout at home saving money doing the TRX and Spartacus workouts 2 times each a week.
